He's only a shadow on the camera. The less clear footage of his face floating around, the better. It had been a mistake, last time. Adrian pardoned himself under the excuse of having run a high fever.
The only light is his mask. Persona's mask.

"1,000,000 in cash, delivered to warehouse 4 on the waterfront at noon next week, and you'll have your pilot nice and easy, no problems, and we both leave satisfied. You can arrest the guy and be off on your way."
Persona leans back in his chair. "Anything funny, and not only will the guy go free--so will every other prisoner arrested under the heroes' jurisdiction."

Also known as Event 1.5! Am I allowed to do that? You hero people have gotta make a decision now, and get the money there in some way. There is chaos at stake!
I was going to do a comic but then I realized that it would just be the same hard to see picture several times in a row. That would be boring to read and boring to draw, so have this lazy thing instead!

I have no idea what this is for but the picture looks really cool, I love how the head is slightly tiled down and glowing, makes it look really ominous.
